Every time I want visit this web,I must use the proxy,But the first time I here,I hadn't use the proxy?
Is the ip of mime has been blocked?

| you must have done something bad! The blocks are temporary, try again in a week or two weeks. |

No,I only download the installer iso with ten threads from mirror.
And twe days before,it blocked me again!
Is it the reason? |
