So, how is the philosophy on suggesting modules?
Is this an "If you need it, build it yourself and share" distribution, or do the developers have time to look into it, if I suggest it?
I was missing something like Wifi-Radar and a desktop recorder like RecordMyDesktop.
While I have installed it by compiling it myself, Lunar modules would be very nice to keep track of everything - and I doubt that I am the only one in need of this. |

The beauty and power of Lunar is that if a module doesn't exist, or is out of date, you have the option of creating or modifying the module yourself. And once it's working you can submit it to the developers for inclusion or update in the moonbase so that everyone can benefit. In fact, Lunar can only track packages correctly if they have been installed using a module. (Or will ignore them if you build them in your /home directory)
If you are using theedge then you have access to an http-based module submission system. Create your new or updated module in zlocal, and once it's working, run 'lvu submit module'.
I'm not sure whether the 'lunar' version has been updated to work in the same way. Until the recent theedge changes, there was another method of submitting modules. See the old Module Submission page.
