kdenetwork3 / kwireless - what am I missing?

kdenetwork3 has a wireless connection manager called kwireless under the "wifi" directory of that package. During a lin kdenetwork3, I can see it get built, but it doesn't end up getting installed or in the install cache.

Am I missing something? I've updated the moonbase as early as this morning...
