Modules for parts of KDE packages

There wuld be good if there where some easy why to install parts of KDE's huge packages - for exampel to just install kmix but not the rest of kmultimedia.

Here is a list of KDE apps I om using:
kdebase
kmix (from kdemultimedia)
kmail (from kdepim)
kopete (from kdenetwork)
kword (from koffice)
kiten (from kdeedu)
korganizer (from kdepim)
And a few programs from outside the KDE main tree:
ktorrent
kmplayer

As you see I need 1 or 2 program from each package content between 5 and 10 programs - it is waiste of hdd spase and compiletime

this may look like a good idea but it would be a lot of work - imagine writing code that the user has to select every subcomponent of these packages. That's a lot of menu's that the user has to go through - much more annoying.

If you want a light desktop, consider changing to Xfce4 ;^)
