What modules are needed for "iptunnel" command?

Can someone tell me what modules are needed to get the "iptunnel" command? I tried what I thought was the right one - iproute2, but that did not give me the said command.

I searched the net and found a reference to a patch - iproute2-iptunnel-lunar.patch. Will I need to apply this patch?

I am working off of lunar-1.6.0-i686 with the 2.6 kernel configured/compiled for built-in IP tunneling.
