Run at boot with arguments?

This may seem like a simple problem, but I have not been using linux for that long.

I want to run lard with the -r so it can get remote logs. lard is run at boot but without the -r. Can someone tell me where the stuff is that lunar is using to decide what the run (and with what arguments) at boot?
