Uhhhh,
what it is about the installation of the older LPRNG Printer System, it fails for
different reasons, I just looked up the BUILD-Scripts and I tried to install it by
Source for my own, but I do not get it managed, so I think the LPRNG is not dead and it is a good alternative for users like me that do not like the new printing-system cups...
If you are in Development and have some time left...please help....

It would help people to help you if you could be a little bit more specific about the error(s) that you have been having. Which module did you try to install? What was the error reported by lin and what was the error when you tried it yourself? Remember that if you install it manually (configure; make ; make install) the lunar package management is unlikely to be able to track it properly...
I don't have any printing support enabled, so probably won't be able to help further... |
