Nothing spectacular. Its Xfce from SVN and I actually made both panels 'un-autohide' to have something besides my wallpaper and gkrellm on the screen. Gkrellm is vital though ...

Dagbrown calls this one "holy anime fanboy" ;^) but he forgot to include the Batman part of that, and he's the one who lives in Japan. Also, aside from 4 or 5 series, I hate anime.

I have more with the dual-monitor setup I had (had meaning I blew the left one out playing Doom 3 last week ;^).) but they're not as purdy

Another quite simple one:

If you're wondering about the gDesklets-like volume control or the GTK+ theme I'm using, here are some details:

Xfce 4.4 (SVN)
Candido-drear GTK+-theme, using the Candido-Engine
adesklets with volume desklet

The note-taking application in the upper left corner is tomboy.

Edit: Ah, yes, and the wallpaper is a b/w photography I took about three years ago.

"why not?" aint good enough? my board supports an 3D accelerated framebuffer of 2048x2048 max. i use 1280x1024 on both heads, which wouldnt fit into the framebuffer
