BitchX documenation?

Where can I find BitchX documentation, e.g., list of commands, blah blah blah, how to do this, how to do that? I tried using it and I couldn't even figure out how to make it quit! Apparently it traps keyboard commands, so I could not use the normal keystroke kill sequence.

I visited the BitchX website but could find nothing.

Background: I am quite inexperienced with IRC; maybe there are no BitchX commands, just IRC commands!?
